The stamp code is 26 3 BSI NC

Question

The channel width is 9/16" and the channel depth is 5/8". The metal channel length is 27 inch. With the plastic ends, the total length is about 28 inch but some plastic broke off at the spring end so it could be 28.5 inch.

Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance can be replaced with the S380-27 or S385-27. To confirm the right replacement, you'll need to measure the depth of the bottom shoe.
