Need Replacement balance

Hi,
I have old Anderson windows and need to replace a defective balance. Want to make sure I can get correct replacement for this one. BE7 9#31 11-85 If so, how much is each replacement balance and how long would it take to ship to Boston.

The Andersen balance box stamped with 9#31 would be replaced with the 24-939. Take a look and let us know if you need anything else. Thank you!
