We'd be happy to look into this for you, but we would need you to manually open the window so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible to compare to our inventory. Thank you!

I uploaded the picture you requested. I also uploaded a second picture. I can get the window to open but the part that the handle connects too spins out of the hardware when I attempt to close the window.

Thanks for getting back to us. Your operator resembles the Entrygard 39-032, which uses the 39-107FK handle and cover kit. Note that our smaller link arm has a downward offset, while yours is offset upward. Ours will still work, but it will take some manipulation to attach the arm to the bracket. Review the dimensions below to confirm it's a match.
