Brand is truth 31708 stamped

Big, heavy windows so it's hard to remove the windows and hardware in minneapolis this time of year.  Two windows,  only the bottom left widow hardware appears to be intact.  I'd like to replace top and bottom left and right.  Attached photos have a ruler placed to give you approximate measurements.  I have more than the ones attached if these don't give you enough info.
