Hello. How does the 90-300 Sash Lock compare? The hole spacing is the same but consider the backset as well. See below. Let us know if it differs or not.

Hey there! I believe I can help with what you have shown so far. I am afraid your old lock's old tongue, with that elongated design, is no longer made. The newer locks are more like a 'soon' shape. If the dimensions Bob showed above of the 90-300 do not match your old lock, see the 90-180 and 90-282 keeper instead. See if these parts could possibly work for your window.
