Window channel balancer and spring for single hung windows

See photo. Do we need to replace with same size and specs? We plan to replace the pair. There are 8 windows that need replacement channels.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Yes, you need to replace the balances with the same size and configuration. We're happy to ID your hardware, but we'll need more information. Can you remove the balance and show us photos of the top and bottom fittings?

We would also like to see an image of the inside of the balance’s metal channel, where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism; this connection is located in the middle of the channel.

Additionally, your stamp is outdated, so we'll need to know the exact sash weight to confirm the correct stamp option.
