Window balance identification - 2730 stamp on it

I need to replace a couple of balances in my home and was hoping for some help in identifying these please.

Your balance can be replaced with the S395-28. The depth of the shoe should be 1-1/8".

Our 2730 stamp will support a sash weighing 13 to 19lbs.
