Looking for tandum door rollers.

Question

Hello, im looking for tandem duel in the door rollers. I pulled the old part out (first photo attached). Theres some aluminum fins attached to the top that are .5 inches long. I was able to remove the fins by carefully bending them out to put them on a new roller housing, so its not that important that I find the part with the fins.
However, where im struggling is im finding a ton of housing that fit but all with 1.25 inch wheeles. I need 1.5 inch wheeles. I attached a second photo, the dimensions of the housing are correct but the wheeles were too small. I tried replacing it with 1.25 inch wheeles but the max lift was barley catching the top top guide.
Any advice is appreciated! Thank you.

Our closest match for your roller would be the 81-156 shown below, but it only comes with 1-1/4" diameter wheels. With that being said, we also offer the 81-272 kit with 1-1/2" diameter wheels. Since your housing appears to be in good shape, you may even be able to just replace the wheels. Keep in mind that if you decide to replace the entire roller, we do not carry the top bracket shown in your photos, which would need to be reused. Take a look and see what you think.
