Window ballasts

Question

Both ballasts on my window have gone out. It looks like hook and tackle and is marked with numbers " 28 3 BJ", 29" long not included plastic attachments on either end. When I looked at your 29" lengths, there's are a variation of series available and I don't know which series this falls under. I included a picture of both of them for scale and  close-ups of either end. could you please tell me  which series would fit this window? Thank you so much.

It appears you have either the S351-29, with a 15-002 bottom attachment, or S390-29, with a 15-001 bottom attachment. Take a look at the image below to determine which balance you'll need.

You will need a 29 inch balance with a 2830 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!
