Damaged window controller

The clip on the window is no longer in groove on sill, which makes it feel like the entire casement window is going to fall off. I suspect I need a kit for both window and sill parts?

Thank you for reaching out to us. It looks like you need a new hinge. Start by taking a look at the 10" 36-048. Review the specifications and see if they match your repair needs. Note that we recommend replacing the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
