Window locking tab

Hello, I am looking for a this locking tab for my windows. They were made by CBW windows, who unfortunately don't make windows any more. I only need two of them. They pop out once you loosen a set screw. i have enclosed pictures of the lock itself and how the tab fits into the window.

Unfortunately, we do not carry replacement parts for the lock assembly shown in your photos. I'm sorry we won't be able to assist with this repair, but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.
