Trying to identify correct balance.

Question

The balances that I have taken out of my single hung Milgard windows are marked 26 4 AW CMC 2. The metal portion of the balance is 27" long 1/2" wide.

Thank you for reaching out to us. Take a look at the S380-27 and S385-27 channel balances. The important difference is the depth of the bottom shoe, so you'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match. You can also select the 2640 stamp option for the replacement balances.
