I need to order a 14 inch center drawer mount and also the piece at the end as shown in the picture

Thanks for posting. This is a Kenlin Rite Trak II system that I am afraid Kenlin does not let us sell at a cost that would be reasonable for our customers. However our 32-053 Track Kit can replace this setup. The video below shows how.
