I am looking for the lock mechanism for a window (top lever on locking mechanism broke off).

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can't be sure without dimensions, but start by taking a look at the 90-274. This measures 2-1/4" on the installation hole centers with an 11/16" backset. Review the specifications and see how they compare with your old lock.
