Assistance Identifying a Window Part

Home Owner from USA
Swisco Team,

I have a window where the plastic part which is attached to the end of the Sash Cord (that the window frame sits in), is broken.  This is the part where I rotate the window 90 degrees and can lift the window out of that plastic part (removing the window from the frame).
I am sending pictures of a good part in another window (all of these are the same size)., and the other picture is of the end of the window, the metal tab which rests in the plastic part.
The plastic part is about 1" x 1".

Thank you!

Basically had asked for pictures of the parts removed, and if I could find a part number on the cord spring part.
Here are pictures of the broken plastic slide I really need.  The rod on the end of the window is good. I took a picture installed because it was very hard to remove and was concerned about breaking it

Thanks

Here are the three lengths of channel balances (Metal) only which you requested.

22"  - Quantity needed is (4 each)
28"  - Quantity needed is (4 each)
34"  - Quantity needed is (4 each)

New Question; (I have found these parts online since I have an SWISCO account)
1. Do I weigh the window to determine the sash weight (seems logical)?

I will remeasure the Shoe Size to ensure I have measured it correctly.

Hello!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Your balance appears to be a match for the Series 775. There should be a stamp on the back of the metal channel that will tell you what option to select for your replacements. Would it be possible for us to see the stamps?

I finally found the numbers your were requesting on each of 3 different size windows.  22B, 28B, and 34B.  And the shoe is 1 1/4.
Please confirm the parts I should be ordering below.  Please reply with your confirmation or additional information.  Thank you!
So I should be ordering the following:
S775-22 - Option 22B with the 1 1/4 shoe
S775-28 - Option 22B with the 1 1/4 shoe
S775-34- Option 22B with the 1 1/4 shoe

Yes, you'd want the 22B stamp option for the S775-22, the 28B stamp option for the S775-28, and the 34B stamp option for the S775-34. If the shoe is 1-1/4" wide when measured as shown below, you'll want to select the 1-1/4" shoe option.

Please let us know if you have any questions!
