Thanks for posting. See our 15-111 Pivot Shoe. Carefully compare the dimensions to your old shoe and see what you think. This shoe is compatible with our Series 160 Coil Springs. Look for a stamp on your old spring to see what spring weight you need to select. If you need to replace your coil's housing as well, you can use the 15-150S Single Support. OK, to help we will need the exact weight of your window sash, and we will also need to know how many coil springs were on each side of the sash (just 1? or more?). This will let us calculate exactly what you need. Many thanks.

I'm afraid I can't possibly say what the weights you need is off the dimensions alone--this varies greatly by other factors, such as the thickness of the glass. If you could remove your window sash and weigh on a bathroom scale, for instance, that should give us the precise weight we're looking for. It is really just too difficult to say what spring weights you need otherwise, and they do need to add up to the overall weight of your window sash.
