15/16" wide Balance shoe

I recently ordered (6) 15-195 : 1-1/4" T-Lock Balance Shoe parts to replace the ones on my window that were broke. I read a reply from one of your technicians to another poster and thought that we had the same windows, but alas, they are .25" too long. I only need ones that are 15/16" I've already altered my springs (flattened the back metal curve) to accept the New balance shoes. I have the PAT(VA) series: BMDH mst:3856 according to the stickers. I'd appreciate any assistance. Oh, and is it possible to return the incorrect balance shoes? Thank you.
