Broken Atrium window

A home owner from USA says:

Hi, I spoke with Kathleen today about a small bathroom Atrium brand window that has broken springs and won't raise up, it just falls back down. It was installed I. 2009 by a contractor here in California.

I am sending photos per her request to see if you have the right parts. Thanks for the video. Here is a better pic of our coils. Hope you can ID them.

Your pivot shoe looks like our 15-191, but it doesn't appear damaged. You can probably still use it. As for your coil springs, see our Series 160. You will need the number stamped on the spring when you order a new one. I think you'll find this matches quite closely.
