Casement arm roller too thick to fit inside glide track

A contractor from Sewell NJ says:

The size of the roller is same diameter but not the thickness which is 3/16 versus 5/16

Thanks for posting. See our 39-366. This operator has that raised roller at the end of the straight arm, similar to your own. Look it over and see if you think this might be a better match for you.
