Hi Tim. These old Push Bar operators are hard to come by now, but take a look at our 39-370, or perhaps our 39-268. Compare with your old parts and see if you think one of these might work for you.

A professional from Greensboro says:
Unknown manufacture quite possibly Bailey, building was built in 1959. No brands are on any of the hardware they appear to be bronze originally and someone painted them black! Straight screws Tend to confirm the dating. We are in need of 9 sets, could live with three.
