Casement window hardware

Handy Person from Canyon City OR
The gear wheel on the outside (shown in photo) and probably inside the housing (can't see it) are stripped on 3 of our 14 casement windows and we would like to replace them. We haven't been able to open them for several years because we can't crank them all the way closed without going outside and pushing on them for the latch to catch.

I guess I wasn't clear enough. We've watched the video. What we need to know from you is what replacements to order from you.

Hello,

You mentioned that you had seen our video below showing the two Encore operator pairs that we offer. Unfortunately, we can't confirm the correct replacement based on your photo since the fitting attached to the long arm is the primary difference.

If you're still unsure, feel free to get back to us with a photo of the fitting detached from the track attached to the bottom of the sash and we'd be happy to confirm the correct match. Thank you.

Thank you, Casey. Here's a photo of the bottom track. Hopefully, it shows what end we need to make our order.

It looks like your operators use a square track slider like the 39-529, which is used with the 39-253RB and 39-253LB. Take a look and confirm that the specifications below match up to yours.
