Can you give us the length of the channel portion of your balance? Also, please remove the window sash and place it on a scale so you can give us the weight. We will need this before we continue.

OK, great. I believe you have the 15-004 and 19-005 fittings on your channel balance. This combination of balance fittings is our S385 balance series. You will need to order S385-27 with option 2640.
