Hey Mo. This looks like a 27" Channel Balance. Can you show us the top nylon fitting as well? We need to see both to confirm what type you need. Thanks.

See either our S380-27 or S385-27, depending on the depth of the bottom nylon shoe. You'll need a stamp option of 2640.
