Channel balance

Thanks for reaching out to us. This isn't the Series 385 or any of the stock balances we have. What you have here is an extended travel channel balance which has a pulley wheel built into the bottom fitting itself, an extended cord travel, and the metal channel differs from any stock balance we sell as well. The 26 number represents the length of the metal channel so yours should measure 26-5/8". Custom orders are nonrefundable so you may want to check just to be safe. 

I'll just need a few more details so I can get this moving for you. Can you remove the balance from the window and show us a side view of the bottom fitting? Can you also show us the metal clip attached at the end of the pulley cord? Finally, how many balances are you looking to order?
