Channel window balance

We can make this balance for you, though it will have to be specially made. Before we begin, can you show me a picture of the metal clip at the end of the cord? Can you also tell me how many you need?

I'm afraid your new pictures don't show the metal clip. It should be a shiny little hook or butterfly clip at the very end of the cord. It hooks into the window frame when the balance is installed.

I'm also afraid we can only offer these balances with a minimum quantity of 2. However, it's a good idea to replace both balances at the same time anyway. When it comes to balances, if one breaks then the opposite side probably doesn't have much life left to it anyway.
