Need ro replace this operator or crank mechanism as it is faulty and won't open or close the window well, seems like the gears are busted

Hello there. This might be the 39-171 or 39-172 Split-Arm Operator, depending on the orientation. Just make sure the dimensions of the arms match what you have. Let me know if anything differs. For a new handle, see the 39-114L.
