Don't know what latch set to get because of the latch lock being too short to reach and connect to other side.

I just bought this home and wanted to use a flush mounting patio lock set to lock my door but the one I bought from Wright that is a 6.57 in flush mounting didn't lock because the latch lock was too short. I used all the different size latch lock that came with the kit but the longest latch still didn't reach where it needed to lock. Swisco Expert can you help me know what kit I need? Thanks!!!

Thanks for posting, Anthony. At first glance, your lockset looks very much like our 82-008K. However I don't know if our latch has the projection you need. You didn't mention exactly how large the latch has to be. Can you clarify that dimension for me?
