Water dripping outside; should I replace the whole thing or just replace the sweep?

That is ultimately up to you. If you find it easier to replace just the sweep then that is the avenue you should take.

However, keep in mind that the only thing we sell that may work for you is the complete drip rail. In your case, I would suggest the 10-324, 10-325, and 10-326. One of these should work for you (depending on length), but keep in mind that you will need to fully remove the original and drill new holes in the new rail to align with those in your door.
