Help Identifying Correct Replacement Channel Balance

Hi,
I need help confirming the correct replacement channel balance for my windows. Below are the details of my current balance:

Stamped code: 86 26-3 EC5 CMC 54

Window Type: Single Hung, No tilt

I have recently replaced the glass with heavier laminated double-pane glass, which weighs about 30 lbs. Please advise which type of window balance I should purchase. Thanks!

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help with this. It will just have to be a custom order due to the 86 stamp. That tells me that your balance has a special calibration that isn't matched by any of our standard parts. Can you remove the balance and show us up-close photos of the top and bottom fittings? We'd also like you to measure the bottom shoe as shown below and tell us what you get. It should be 1" or 1.088".

We will also need you to weigh the window sash on a scale and get back to us with the precise weight. I know you said it weighs about 30 pounds, but we require the exact weight, which will help us determine the appropriate stamp option for the replacements.
