Help Identifying a Replacement Part

I need help finding some replacement parts for my windows. I measured 33 inches on the metal frame not including the ends. The part has a stamp showing 3240.

Thanks for writing in. See our S351-33 or S390-33 Channel Balance. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the diagram below for reference. In either case, for a stamp option choose 3240.
