I need to replace the latch mechanism

A home owner from USA says:
Hi. I believe the manufacturer of a window for which I need a replacement part is Philips. House was built in the year 2000.
Basically, I need to replace the latch mechanism, because the threads for the mounting screws have gotten stripped. Do you sell a replacement for the latch mechanism (shown in image 2683)(with screws of course)?

Thanks for posting. Looks like the lock bar guide is cracked. See our 39-265 for a possible replacement. For the lock itself, it could be something like our 38-138 or 38-139, but it would depend on your dimensions.
