ICW window latch

How can I remove and replace this latch from a ICW window? I have the replacement.

Thanks for posting! We do not have an exact match for this IWC Window Latch but there is a chance the 90-323 Sash Lock can work in its place. Carefully look over the dimensions to confirm.

If you are in need of the keeper, I'll need to see a photo of the existing keeper. It is being blocked by the sash lock.
