Identification of storm window slide

Requesting assistance in locating and identifying a part from a storm window.  The house is said to have been built in the 50's.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid I'm not sure what this is at first glance. Can you show us a few more angles of it? It'd also be helpful if we could see an undamaged version. However, there's a good chance we won't be able to help since this is from the 50s.
