Thanks for posting! The spiral balance you have here is an older, discontinued non-tilt window spiral balance. We have a replacement recommendation that will work for your repairs but I'll need to know the measurement for the height of the visible glass pane in the window. This should only be the glass you can see.

Please also confirm the exact weight of the window sash.

Feel free to reach out with any other questions you might have.

I have 4 windows that are the same dimensions. Each weigh 10 pounds each and the glass is 24".
I have 2 that are the same. They weigh 10 pounds each and the glass opening is 23 5/8".

Thanks for confirming! Are all of the windows for a bottom sash? If any of the balances are for an upper said, please let me know; the way we determine the replacements between the bottom versus the top sash differs.

If they are all for bottom sashes, you can use the S500-27 (with a red tip option) to replace all of the balances. You'll need the 17-012 bracket to secure the balance to the bottom of the sash. Keep in mind, you may need to drill new installation holes to install them.
