Looking for a top sash guide and Jordan window balance. The balance is 29" metal to metal or 30" overall

This balance appears similar to our S390-30 with stamp option of 2740. Check it out to see how well they match. As for the top sash guide, I'm afraid I'm unable to find the exact part. The closest we have is our 18-166. Please compare and see what you think.
