Kinro non tilt window counter balance

Question

27" x 1/ 2 metal ,, just want to know the exact part to buy, need 6 tracks complete,, and would also like to know the part # for top and bottom plastic pieces ??

Thanks for contacting us! All of our channel balances come with the top and bottom nylon fittings pre-attached. I'm just not sure what yours are, exactly. Your top is almost definitely our 19-005, but the bottom could be either our 15-004 or 15-005, depending on its depth.

If you have our 15-004, I recommend our S385-27. If it's the 15-005 instead, then you want our S380-27.
