Millard no tilt channel. Can't identify top

I looked on your site but could not find exact match. Looks like 15-005 shoe but can't identify top. Stamping is 2640 BSI AH. Metal is 27 inches. Width is 1/2 inch.

Hey Ginger,

It looks like you're on the right track! Your top attachment is just an older version of our 19-005, so if the bottom shoe is 15-005, you can go for the S380 balance. Let me know if you have any additional questions.
