Based on some additional research, I've learned that the window used with the channel balance was manufactured in 2007 by the company Window Master (no longer in business).

Hello, thank you for posting,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380 or S385 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment.

You will need a 30" balance with a 2940 stamp option. Please review and let us know if you have any additional questions!

Thanks for the response.
The bottom attachment measures 1 + 3/32, so I have an S385.

I have a follow up question. The 30" 2940 stamped S385 I see at Swisco have a top attachment that looks different from mine (see prior photos). Should the Swisco item work with my window nonetheless?

Yes, we do not think you will have a problem with the different style top. We have seen this balance top before and have recommended the Series 385 in the past. Let me know if you have any additional questions!
