Need replacement parts

Thanks for your post! We can provide you with a replacement for this balance shoe but I will need to see a clear photo of the front of the shoe to identify it. The cam is not sold separately so you'll need to replace the entire show to complete your repairs.

Thanks for the additional photos. The shoe you have reminds me of the 15-208 Pivot Lock Shoe. Given the damage to the shoe cam, it would also be a good idea to check to see the pivot bars and/or the window balances might need to be replaced.
