Non tilt window balance marked 26 3 BT Caldwell. The metal section is 27 inches and both top and bottom plastic ends have wings. What is the replacement part number?

Hi there. I'm sure we can help, but I need to verify one extra detail. Can you show me further photos of the 'guts' or underside of the metal channel? Some balances from the west coast have a special design we must account for. We should be able to wrap this up thereafter.

Thanks for getting back to me. I think this is either an S380-27 or S385-27. The only difference between these two balances is the 'depth' of the bottom nylon shoe. See below. Measure your old balance's shoe depth to see what matches best. For a stamp option choose 2630.
