Part replacment ..

Question

My window it's not opening no more I called homedepoth they installed them like 5 years ago. I have warranty and they told me they don't do that no more can u pls help me to get this part  thank you

Thanks for your post! I am confident we can recommend a replacement for the coil balance assembly you have here. Although, I will need to see the assembly removed to identify the correct replacement. You'll also need to have the assemblies remove to confirm the measurements.
