Plastic Cover for Awning window operator

A handy person from Hamilton, NJ says:

There was a Plastic cover which broke off. Now I have this hole for the Awming Window Operator but I have one more hole which has the Awming Window Operator. I need to get that plastic cover to cover the hole.

The only awning operator cover we carry is the 39-335. Could you use this? Look over our measurements and see what you think.
