RH awning operator for 25-year-old window

1500-11 is inscribed inside the handle .

I was told by someone that would be the 39 Dash 278 which I ordered but when I got it the holes did not match up and it was the wrong color. It needs to be bronze and with the holes like the example .

What do you have to match what I need?

Thank you for contacting us. Sorry to hear our 39-278 didn't work for you. Could you show me a picture of the link arm on your operator? Can you also tell me your dimensions? Carefully look over the measurements we show for the 39-278 as an example, then tell me what your measurements are in comparison. Thank you!

5 3/4 inches from the very bottom to the very top of the mounting area .
3/8 inch hole In the link arm .
Bronze in color.

Tom, it looks like the 39- 259 will be the one .
So how do I do this I need one of those but I also would like to return the one I got previous.
Also does it happen to be available in dark bronze if not it?s OK.

I'm afraid these are not available in an alternative finish, but they could be painted.

You can return the one you purchased by reviewing our return policy here. You can place a new order for the 39-259 whenever you wish.
