Looking for Right and left window balances. Channel is marked 24 HB. The sash weight is 10.1 lbs. The channel length is 27 and 1/4 inches. Also need 2 clips (left & right) on the bottom of the side of the sash. If these parts aren't available a complete new set-up would be ok.

Hello,

Hello,

Your channel balance resembles the S751 at first glance but I would recommend double checking the length of the metal channel since these balances stamped with 24 would normally measure 25" long.

How to measure the length of the Series 751 channel balance.

If you're confident that the window sash weighs exactly 10.1 pounds, we offer 24L options to support between 6-10 lbs, as well as 24R options to support between 10-18 lbs.

As for the pivots, see the 26-150 pair below. Thanks for posting and let us know if you have any other questions.

Hi Casey:

In response to your email-the back/top channel measures 25", but the front channel measures 27 & 1/4". So should we order the 24L option? (the sash weight is exactly 10.1 lbs) Is there a complete assembly that could be ordered instead of ordering individual parts?

Thanks.

Hey there, Casey isn't here today but I'll do my best to assist.

We unfortunately don't sell a 27-1/4" long balance. These are only made in full inch increments, so 26", 27", 28", etc. While a 1/4" difference may not seem like a lot, it can often be a dealbreaker. You can still try it out if you want, but please keep in mind that our 27" balance is not at all guaranteed to work.

Otherwise, our Series 751 balances come pre-assembled and ready to install out of the box. The only thing you need to do is reuse the original S clip that attached your old balance to the top of the track.
