Looking for correct cross reference balance number to order and purchase (4) new replacement balances for (2) of my Milgard windows. Metal frame length is 21". Both nylon ends have wings. Old balance identification number is (blue letters) #20-4 FQ CALDWELL. Please see attached photos showing, full metal length of frame, hook, bottom end (1-3/32" depth), top (11/16" depth) and booth with wings @ 15/16" width.

Hey Jim, thanks for all the thorough information. With that 1-3/32" deep shoe, I believe you need an S385-21. For a stamp option, go with 2040. Let us know if you have any other questions!
