I need two 2640 single hung balances for Pella window

Question

I need two 2640 single hung balances for Pella window and two top sash guides. It appears the 385-27 is the correct balance, but I can't find the same top sash guides as shown in my photographs. Please advise, so I can place the order.

We should be ably to replace this balance, though it's a special type that will need to be custom made. Our S385-27 will not replace it. I will send you a custom order link for 2 immediately.
