IS A PELLA OR LARSON DOOR PURCHASED AT LOWE,S ABOUT 8 YRS AGO IT IS 3 1/4 LEN AND 1/2 WIDE JUST PURCHASED ONE FROM U BUT IS TOO BIG GOING TO SEND IT BACK CAN U HELP

Hi there, we're not quite sure what you're referring to. Is it the patio door mortise latch 82-218? If you can send us some photos and dimensions of the part you need to replace, we'll have a better idea of what you need.

do not have the lock sending pic of opening on door it is 3 1/4 in length by 1/2 inch wide hope u can help if not i guess my broom stick will b my lock its a sliding glass door ordered part 82-263 but it would not fit in the opening was too big

Thank you! Kathleen mentioned our 82-218 and I agree that it's probably our best match. I've seen this setup a lot and I'm confident that this will work for you. Look at the video below for more information on how these work.
