Hey, Howard. I've had a hard time finding this style. That base looks extra thick, whereas all of our lock bases in this style are relatively skinny.

Do you have an identical window in the house that may still have a whole lock? I'd like to see the design of the sweep.

Can you also tell me the distance between the two installation holes, center-to-center?

This information may help us track down a potential replacement.

Hello Tom, I'll be heading back to that jobsite either later today or tomorrow, so I'll see if i can find an intact closer. Measure between holes is 1 1/2. Also looks like the catch may be our true problem child as is only 5/16 of window edge to face of catch. catch face mounts to back window frame. tiny....1 screw. Thanks, Howard

Paul from SWISCO responded:

Perhaps I can be of assistance. We have two possible sweep locks that have 1-1/2" screw holes. The bases aren't as high as yours, but the sweep height might compensated by adding washers to build up the height, if needed. The 90-021 sweep lock has a height 19/32" and 90-031 has a height 3/8". See what you think.
