Originally, door slid on bottom guide and rolled on a single roller "missing" on one end and the "post" pictured on the other end. I don't have any remains of the missing roller, but my recollection was is simply facilitated the door sliding on the base track. If installed as is will still slide but will "bind" do to missing roller. Do you know what type of roller may have been on the door and is it available or is there an alternative such as two new rollers.
Any ideas ? Thank you Bob

Thank you for your inquiry, Bob. It's not always the easiest to find standard hardware for boats. That said, the option we can suggest is replacing your top track with our 23-250 pocket door track kit. It is designed for a 3/4" to 1-3/4" thick doors. Take a look and let us know your thoughts.
