Socket for Merrilat Kitchen Cabinet

Attached are photos of the socket bracket I need. The picture does not include the back of socket which I have tossed. Shelf bracket is side mounted. Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.

You should be able to replace these sockets with our 32-119 pair. Note that these mount to the back of the cabinet with screws. Let me know if you have further questions.
